Power Skills

Our Power Skills workshops are practical, engaging, unaccredited half-day programmes, delivered online or in person. They can be delivered as open programmes across multiple organisations or tailored for a specific organisation, team or department. 

Power Skills are designed to develop immediately applicable skills, with limited theory and a strong focus on interaction, reflection and real workplace scenarios. They can be delivered as standalone workshops, combined into themed programmes, or embedded across leadership programmes and annual organisational training plans. 

Power Skills workshops can be:

  • Combined into themed development programmes 
  • Embedded within ILM Leadership Programmes
