Leadership programme pathways
Accredited, modular leadership programmes from Levels 2–5, offering flexible progression from Award to Certificate and Diploma through the Institute of Leadership and Management (City & Guilds).
Practical, engaging unaccredited workshops focused on the leadership and interpersonal skills required for immediate impact in the workplace.
Cohort-based programmes combining accredited ILM modules and practical Power Skills, typically delivered over 12 weeks to build leadership capability at scale.
ILM Accredited Award focused on Change Management practices and principles delivered at both Level 3 and Level 4, with capability to customise for individual organisations.
One-to-one or group coaching that can be added to or embedded within ILM programmes and Leadership Bootcamps to support application, reflection and sustained behaviour change.
A diagnostic-led approach
Every leadership programme begins with a pre-programme diagnostic and scoping process. Participants complete a self-assessment diagnostic to identify leadership capability gaps and development priorities within the cohort.
This insight shapes programme focus and ensures relevance to the organisation, its context and its people. A post-programme diagnostic, completed after an agreed embedding period, allows organisations to measure impact and identify progression or future development opportunities.
