We deliver Change Management through the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), part of the City & Guilds Group. ILM qualifications are recognised across Ireland, the UK and internationally. Each Award is made up of two ILM units. 

ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management

Designed for new and aspiring managers, supervisors and team leads. Ideal for managers implementing change within teams. 

Includes: 

  • Understanding Innovation and Change in an Organisation 
  • Planning Change in the Workplace 

Participants learn to: 

  • Understand drivers of change 
  • Identify resistance and barriers 
  • Plan and communicate change effectively 
  • Apply structured change tools with confidence

Designed for experienced managers and leaders responsible for larger or cross-team change initiatives. Suited to leaders shaping and sustaining organisational transformation. 

Includes: 

  • Managing and Implementing Change in the Workplace 
  • Developing a Culture to Support Change, Innovation and Improvement 

Participants learn to: 

  • Lead complex change initiatives 
  • Assess risk and impact 
  • Manage stakeholder resistance 
  • Embed change into culture and daily practice

Not every organisation requires certification. Many need focused, applied development aligned to live business priorities.
